Informativa sui rimborsi

Si informa la spett.le clientela che Sportlab cambierà ogni articolo, in
perfetto stato e con l’etichetta, accompagnato da scontrino fiscale ed
entro 30 giorni dalla data di acquisto.
I Cambi verranno effettuati solo con articoli alternativi, non con buono
regalo e considerando il prezzo e le scontistiche attive nel periodo
dell’acquisto iniziale.
Per i prodotti difettati, accompagnati da scontrino fiscale, è prevista
la sostituzione entro 60 giorni dalla data di acquisto, previa verifica
dell’articolo da parte del personale del punto vendita. I buoni regalo
potranno essere sfruttati, senza alcuna deroga, entro e non oltre 12
mesi dalla prima data d’acquisto, riportata sullo scontrino fiscale.

We inform our customers that Sportlab will exchange every item in
perfect condition with the label attached, upon presentation of the
recepit within 30 days of date of purchase.
Exchanges will only be made with alternative items and not with a gift
voucher and considering the price and discounts active in the period of
the initial purchase.
Defective products, when accompanied by a receipt, will be eligible for
replacement within a period of 60 days from the date of purchase,
subject to verification by our store staff. Any gift card issued by the
store will be eligible for use within a period of 12 months from the date
of purchase, with no exception. We also inform you that under no
circumstances there will be cash refund.
